Purchases and restore

  • Purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase.
  • Purchase validation and entitlement restore may be managed through RevenueCat.
  • Use Restore Purchases in the app if a permanent entitlement is missing.
  • For refunds or billing changes, use Apple's purchase history and refund tools.

Before contacting support

  • Include your device model and iOS version.
  • Describe the screen, purchase, or gameplay action that caused the issue.
  • Attach a screenshot if the issue is visual or related to progress.

Expected response
